I installed D5 because project.module and project_issue.module were not yet ported to D6. When they are, upgrade the web site to D6.

Many new features, including multi-language support would depend on D6, so I should upgrade as soon as I can.

You can see for yourself in the wiki section of this site. I haven't installed additional wiki-related modules, though. So this wiki is very basic for the time being.
This is a bug tracker, and this issue is about the Drupal 6 upgrade. If you have more questions about this site's installation (about the wiki functionalities), the best you could do is file a new issue with your question. I'll answer there.
Let's keep this issue focused on the Drupal 6 upgrade.
