bittorrent download

Project wiki:How to use this web site
Description

Eventually, we'll need to serve very large files (up to several GB. see: http://overshoot.tv/node/19 ).

For such files, it'd be nice if they could be distributed via bittorrent by default, for the two following reasons:
1) it's a way to conserve bandwidth (and this site promotes energy conservation!!)
2) it's a way to cooperate and show solidarity (by seeding the torrents during and after downloading).

The torrent tracker would seed the torrents whenever nobody else is seeding, so every file should be available to everyone at all times, but should a file become popular (like the official release of our documentary), everything would be set up for everyone to download off each other via torrent.
