Frank,
I don't know if you remember, but in my announcing Overshoot TV video posted on youtube (http://overshoot.tv/node/48), there are two parts.
The second part is the video announcement proper, but the first part of the video (the first 30 seconds) is also part of the message: it explains that the video is not a finished product, that it is an Open Source video wiki, and that bugs can be reported in the relevant bugtracker.
As you know, I am looking at a long term strategy, and I am concerned about laying the groundwork to create a larger community who will contribute more pieces to our video wiki, the end goal being trying to reach a much wider public and having as much a positive impact on our society as we collectively can.
For those reasons, I would like to prepend a similar 30 second spot to your video, more or less like in my own.
I can deal with it. Do you have any suggestion, about improving the text or anything else of this segment?
I think the first slide at least needs improvement.

Another point: this section (how to call it?) contains all the meta-information about the video (e.g. license, version number, release date, bugtracker information, etc.)
Most people will see the video first on youtube, but the quality on youtube is very poor. We'll want to distribute a high quality version via bittorrent, and this fact should also be advertised within this section of the video. The aim is to encourage people to download and share the high quality version.
